Veterans also visit Kyšice, Dýšina

After the end of the Convoy of Liberty, the U.S. veterans’ program continued with a trip to a memorial ceremony in Kyšice and Dýšina. In Kyšice they recalled the charming children who accompanied them, singing “Bring out the Barrel” (Škoda lásky in Czech) and dancing. In Dýšina, the veterans as well as officials from the U.S. Embassy and the town took part in a commemoration ceremony in front of the General Patton statue.
